Due to supplier deadlines from time to time, it becomes necessary to cancel a tour. In the past, many times after a tour has been cancelled, enough people attempt to make reservations that the tour could have materialized. Don't disappoint yourself or others, make your reservation as far in advance as possible and your tour will have a better chance of going as scheduled.

RESERVATIONS
When making a reservation, the following information is required: name of each passenger, address, and telephone of person responsible for reservation and desired pick-up location. For overnight tours, please mention any special accommodations required. Only the person making the reservation will receive boarding information, unless requested otherwise. Make reservations only for the number of passengers you are willing to accept responsibility for payment. Make certain you fully understand all payment policies when making reservations. We will enforce all policies in a fair and consistent manner. Protect your money, please contact us about Travel Insurance information.

SEATING
All seats in the motorcoach are fully reclining with picture-window view. We have a computerized reservation system for our motor coach tours. When making a reservation, you may request a specific location in the motorcoach: window or aisle. We feel this is beneficial, especially for couples or groups traveling together. There is a greater chance of preferred seating on the motorcoach when reservations are made early.

DEPARTURE POINTS
All one day and overnight tours depart from Lock Haven, Avis, Williamsport and Muncy. Tours destined to the east may board at Milton, Danville and Bloomsburg. Those traveling south may board in the Lewisburg and Shamokin Dam areas. Our vacation tour departure points and times will be determined closer to the tour date based on the area from which most passengers will depart. If a specific tour is not departing from your general area, we may be able to arrange shuttle service for a group of ten or more to a specific departure point. Vehicles left at pickup locations are parked at your own risk and are not a responsibility of Susquehanna Transit or the owner of that property.

SMOKING
Due to Federal Regulations, smoking is NOT permitted on any tour. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make efforts to stop enroute to accommodate smokers.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In all seasons, weather can play an integral part on tour plans. In Winter - All scheduled tours will depart as scheduled unless otherwise recommended by the State Police. In Summer - All tours will depart as scheduled, rain or shine, unless we are notified of cancellation of the scheduled event. We are not responsible for lack of notification of cancellation on the part of a vendor or attraction prior to our scheduled departure. We also reserve the right to alter an itinerary due to weather conditions. Consult cancellation insurance information to protect your money from weather related cancellations.

BAGGAGE
On multiple day tours, baggage is limited to one bag per unless otherwise specified. A carry-on such as a tote bag is permitted when carried onboard by passenger. Baggage tags will be provided with final boarding information. Additional identification should be included inside all luggage and on all other valuable possessions. Keep medications, snacks and water in carry-on. Prescription medications should be kept in their original packages showing prescription name, dosage and doctor, especially when crossing border. Due to security and storage limitations, we reserve the right to inspect or refuse any baggage without prior authorization. Additional luggage will be permitted only if space allows.

CANADA
When crossing the Canadian border, proof of citizenship is required. Passport or original birth certificate with picture Identification is recommended. However, please check with our reservationists for latest information.

LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any personal property which is left, lost, stolen or damaged on the motorcoach. Double-check all items each time you disembark the motorcoach. If you do leave something behind please call our offices with a description of the item, the date, the motorcoach number or drivers name and approximate location where you believe it was left. We will make every effort to locate your property but are not responsible for such.

SPECIAL SERVICE
It is the intent of Susquehanna Transit to comply fully with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). In order to ensure the arrangement of proper services for our tour program, we request advance notification and specific identification of the special needs of all customers no less than the date of full payment (14 days prior to departure). We are not liable for the failure of suppliers of travel or other services to comply with their own requirements under ADA.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the passenger area of the motorcoach on any tours. Coolers may be transported in the luggage compartment for later consumption.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS
We reserve the right for our employees to remove from a tour any passenger who is acting in a disruptive or abusive manner. Such passengers who are posing a safety hazard to themselves, other passengers or to the tour, will be left in a public area with access to a telephone and shelter. These passengers will not be eligible for any refund.
