Who will be celebrating in victory circle at the end of this night? When the NASCAR circuit invades the Richmond International Raceway, it's easily the biggest sporting event in Richmond, maybe in all of Virginia. Fans flock to this track for all the excitement racing has to offer. This unique 3/4 mile layout produces tremendous side-by-side racing allowing drivers to obtain speeds high enough to give it a super speedway feel. Feel the bone tingling roar of the engines, watch the lights sparkle at every turn of the wheel and become mesmerized by this electric environment. Both the spring and fall events are under the lights, creating high drama. Lodging will be at the Clarion Hotel in Chester, VA.

The Monster Mile will celebrate its' 40th anniversary season in 2008. Be part of the crowd for this memorable season at this unique and favorite track of the drivers. NASCAR racing at Dover is always full of excitement and sometimes controversy. 2008 should prove to be no exception.

8/7/08 NASCAR RACE FEVER NIGHT
Once again downtown Corning will be ready for the huge street party celebrating NASCAR and Sprint Cup racing. The street will be full of race related displays, live entertainment, food, and - the whole reason for being there - a celebration of NASCAR in the southern tier. This event will be held rain or shine. Driver information will not be finalized until a week prior to the actual event, call the tour office for more information.
